It would be in order to put on record, the extraordinary effort put in by the staff on board, medical, nursing and paramedical, where in some very critically ill patients have been retrieved and successfully operated upon to go on their own steam. All this would not have been possible had we not had the equipment and technology to meet this growing demand on us to attend the critically ill patients and the backing of equally competent squad with facilities of bedside and remote sensing & monitoring of vital parameter beside online blood gas analysis and cardiac output strategies available on every bed, the patient care has been at the very highest levels.
